Lisa Calvo, oyster farmer & owner of Sweet Amalia Oyster Farm, came into oyster farming through a three-decade career as a marine biologist, specializing in shellfish biology & ecology. Initially starting out as a side hobby, oyster farming has become a way of life for Lisa. In 2021 Lisa co-founded Sweet Amalia Market and Kitchen, a unique roadside farmstand celebrating local foodways. The Market has been lauded as one of Esquire Magazine’s best new restaurants in America 2022 and made Philadelphia Magazine and Philadelphia Inquire top restaurant lists in 2021 and 2022! Who is Topsail Steamer?
Founded in 2016 on North Carolina's Topsail Island, Topsail Steamer has grown to nine locations across four states and ships nationwide. The family-owned business was started by Danielle Mahon, who, after a career shift from corporate America, embraced her entrepreneurial roots.
The new North Wildwood location, a franchised store, is owned and operated by Pat Mahon, a fellow New Jersey native with deep connections to Cape May and Strathmere. Pat, along with his wife Beth, is excited to bring the unique Topsail Steamer experience to the Jersey Shore.
The signature Bay Buckets are crafted with fresh, locally sourced seafood, meats, vegetables, and homemade seasonings, steamed and ready to enjoy.

What is Yacht Rock?
Yacht Rock is a term that refers to a genre of smooth, soft rock music that was popular in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Music that is a laid-back, polished sound that one might imagine playing on a luxury yacht.
Who is Yacht Lobsters?
Established 2022 in New York City, the Yacht Lobsters sail the waves of the butteriest Soft Rock of the 70's and early 80's. Their big sound recreates - and at times reimagines - the studio mastery of retro-rock icons like Steely Dan, the Doobie Brothers, Hall & Oates, Toto, etc.
It's the breezy Yacht Rock cool vibe you know and love, fused with stellar vocals, a full horn section and unique elements of NOLA funk, classic rock and jazz improvisation to keep things bouncy, set your mood to festive and ensure your boat's a-rockin'. There's even a tasteful smattering of original music that sounds like it stepped right out of 1978.
Founded by the visionary team behind Brother Joscephus and the Love Revolution, the Lobster roster features NYC's finest professional musicians who have played together for decades.

And catch them in the Vineyard, Sunday 3-6pm!
