Q: When do I receive my wine?
A: Hawk Haven Shipping Club members receive four shipments of wine selected by our wine maker in the months of March, June, September and December. Shipments are regularly shipped the first week of that month.
Q: When will I be billed?
A: Hawk Haven will charge your credit card for your first month’s package when you initially sign up for the Hawk Haven Shipping Club. Then, you will be charged when the following Hawk Haven Shipping Club package is shipped. You will be emailed when the charge is made and the shipments are being sent. If you choose to send a Hawk Haven Shipping Club Membership as a gift, you will pay in full at time of purchase.
Q: Will I be notified before my Hawk Haven Shipping Club package is shipped?
A: We email you when the wines ship and charge your credit card at that time. You can expect delivery in five to seven business days after you receive the e-mail. Sometimes extreme weather or availability of wines can slightly delay a package.
Q: When does my Hawk Haven Shipping Club membership start?
A: Your shipping club membership begins on the next shipping month. For example, if you signed up for the club in December, you will be billed when you first sign up and receive your first package in March.
Q: Can I choose my wines?
A: You can choose your Hawk Haven Shipping Club level and the wines are selected for you by the winemaker.
Q: Do I need to be home to sign for my Hawk Haven Shipping Club shipment?
A: Yes. Federal law requires that all wine shipments be signed for by an adult (21 or over). We recommend using a business address when possible. Shipments cannot be sent to a PO Box and will not be left outdoors or delivered to a minor or visibly intoxicated person.
Q: I live locally and would like to pick up my Hawk Haven Shipping Club shipments. Is this an option?
A: If you choose a “pick-up” option, local pick up at the tasting room is available. If you have selected the “pick up” option, you have 30 days to pick up your wine. If your wines are not picked up within 30 days, your package will be shipped and your credit card will be charged for shipping and handling.
Q: Can I give the Hawk Haven Shipping Club membership as a gift?
A: Yes, Hawk Haven Shipping Club gift memberships make great gifts. Gift memberships are paid in full at time of purchase.
Q: Can I send the Hawk Haven Shipping Club to two different addresses?
A: No. The shipping club can be sent to one designated address. If you need to update address information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (609) 846-7347.
Q: Where is Hawk Haven licensed to ship?
A: Hawk Haven Vineyard is licensed to ship to New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida. We are always working on adding more locations to our list, so check back often.
Q: What is the Hawk Haven Shipping Club’s cancellation policy?
A: Membership is a one year commitment and will renew automatically. There is a $50 cancellation fee for cancelling before the initial one year term. Any cancellations must be made 30 days in advance of a shipping cycle to avoid being charged for the next shipment, after which no refunds will be given. You may cancel your membership by emailing the Hawk Haven Shipping Club Manager at info@Hawkhavenvineyard.om.
